P. McCartney has a shot at +900. Grammy voters aren't what you call hip. Looking at the best new artist one thing comes to mind. Man all the new groups sucked this year. (I do kinda like fall out boy however)

A question for experts on this. What are the chances of Mariah winning all three of those big ones. Record, album and song? Even if deserving will they give her all of them?

check this .. carey will win for record of the year.

i think song of the year might go to U2 . this is more of a songwriting award.

almost 6 to 1 is a nice price on U2 for album .

Hard to believe that this U2 album is up for this award now, the album seems like its been out for two years...how in the world is that U2 song up for song of the year? Was this song even out on the radio?

I would like to see Sugarland win new artist, doubt she has a chance being country.

What the hell are they basing their choices on?? Song of the year should be U2, Sometimes you can;t make it on your own is one of the best songs Bono ever wrote!

And Green Day put out the best album of their career with American Idiot, they need to win for something. No idea what the people voting on this stuff base their choices on, must just be tastes.

i would have thought " city of blinding lights " would have been the song chosen from that album.

I was listening to this album earlier today, it is a great album, I would think the critics loved this one because mainstream did not really....it took me a few months to really like it top to bottom.

City of Blinding Lights IMO was probably the most commercially presentable song, it never really caught on commercially though (which means nothing)

Yahweh is my favorite song from the album...The title alone would make that a hard sell...but what a spectacular song.

Sometimes You Can't Make It- great song, I'm just surprised it landed in the top 5 for a grammy.

WNO- how many albums did Atomic Bomb end up selling? I am guessing under 5 million?

My largest play to this point is -170 on Late Registration to win best rap album. If it is 2nd favorite in overall best album how can it lose? A littler smaller play on Legend.

Glad someone posted this. I like betting award season.

John Legend should be a lock. I got him when he was -172

Mariah Carey won't sweep all the awards.

U2 had a shot at song of the year. They're Grammy favorites and did put out a good song. Might be worth putting a bit on it.

Album of the year will come down to K. West and U2 IMO. I put a little on both. They're both plus money. I'll take my chances with the both of them and hoping for a U2 win. Only drawback is that U2's album has been out forever like JM said.

Record of the year I think will go to Mariah Carey.

But the lock is John Legend. All the critics I've read have said he should easily win. But that is alot of wood to lay on him now though.

Hope this helps Maxdemo

You are right with Best Rap Album. Where did you see that? Pinny doesn't have best rap album last time I looked.

U2 only 3 million, that really is significant, they could sell 3 million pretty much writing anything...just as I thought this album was a commercial failure for them....which means the critics loved it.

We haven't seen many 5-10 million sale albums lately....could it be that country music has taken a big piece of the pop/rock market?

only - 305 at 5dimes ..

Another great line, thanks for pointing that out. Just played it.

Legend is a 90%+ proposition. Anything under -1000 is value.
