Mysportsbook.com is asking for me to send them a copy of my drivers license showing my name and DOB and a copy of my credit card statement showing the first and last four numbers on the account and my address. Is this normal? I used to use sportsinteraction and they did bank wires without any of this. I am withdrawing using a paper check being sent FedEx. Any help would be great.

Not that unusual... I've done it several times with casinos/poker. I now prefer Neteller for obvious reasons ;o)

Good points about Neteller. This isn't that unusual, and you should probably be happy that they are making sure that they are actually sending your money to YOU.

I have no problem with these security measures, and I'd have a big problem finding out that a book sent my money to someone who somehow managed to hack my account.

You cannot undervalue the fact these books take these precautions, it's not a big deal and 99% of the time it's in the player's best interest

I heard a good one tonight from Legendz. I was transferring some contest winnings to them from their "brick & mortar" Superbook that they have with Olympic, and found out that I had an old account there that I had forgotten about.

I told them that I probably needed to update my address since it had been so long, and the CS rep didn't have access to it. That data is taken offline and stored on memory sticks under lock and key. Great idea :103631605

Thanks for the free coin Legendz\Oly :money:
