In all do respect, these email spammers nowadays have to be the stupidest people around.

Who it their right mind is going to purchase a product after they are pissed-off with million emails that are sent in a day from the same person or company.

Easier then said for people like me Dante who do interviews and want the publics feedback and will interact with anyone who wants to talk you. I get emails every week from complete strangers every week who read my stuff and ask my questions and as a courtesy I reply to every email.

I don't have a huge problem with spam, but yup it is annoying. This the only forum I will post the interview transcript because you don't want to send people away to other pages and appreciate the readers point of views here.

"ONLY EXCEPT MAIL from your address book"

That's a tough one because new contacts won't be able to reach you, unless you have their email first.

Just my two cents.

A good antivirus should detect an email with virus, etc. I use NOD32 and is pretty good in detecting virus, or any unknown extension in an attachment.

Two great and free spam filters 'Cactus Spam' and 'K9 Spam'. Google search and you can find them. They are similar, but Cactus is bit easier to set up. You have to use a client like Outlook Express, Eudora, Thunderbird, etc. to use these.

No way man. They can reach millions upon MILLIONS of people for free, and I GUARANTEE you, some dumbasses will bite.

If it wasn't worth it, they wouldn't do it-it is, and they do.

You are so right. Saw a guy on TV who was facing charges maybe in Virginia or North Carolina, not sure about the state. I forget how many tens of thousands of e-mails he sent out to get just one sale but it was a ton. He was making a fortune and transferring everything to a Swiss account. The idiot was not even bothering to send out the product, just took the money and that's it. Think he is in jail now.

I think him and his sister are from NC, but court hearing was from Virginia.
I think AOL sued them. AOL even gave out their (spammer) Porsche to an AOL lottery winner.

I remember that freebie-at least the Porsche being auctioned off part.
