I'm attempting to make my first withdrawal at Royal..... and I called and spoke to someone who barley speaks english < lol, anyway..... she told me I have to provide a copy of my ID, the signed secutiry form, and a copy of something else, it sound like she said car, lol! Can anyone help me out as to that they provided to make a withdrawal, I got the ID, and security form, what's the other thing?

thanks for your help and generosity but their going to let it slide.....they said I made deposits via Credit and I have the Neteller transactions that show I made them w/ Neteller, so how the heck would my credit card transaction show up in my neteller account? LOL, I'll re-post if I need help.
