OT - How much could I get for MLB all star game tickets?

anyone know what 2 go for?....

reason asking is, I was about to buy pirates season tickets and you get your choice for the all star game...just wondering what the price would be for 2(an estimate)

Not that much. They will probably give you far worse seats than you get for the Pirates. In recent years many times the tickets go for close to face value. All Star games just aren't that popular anymore except for the local fans.

You should get $1000 easliy for the pair, espically if you can get the HR contest, celebrity softball game, and Futures game tickets. I'll ask a friend of mine and see what the tix went for in Detroit last year. If you were smart, you should book a nice hotel for that weekend and bundle that with the tickets for a REAL nice score.

All else fails, keep stuffing the ballot box for Jason Bay.
