If you watched local TV this a.m., you see that we are going to get somewhere between 4 and 17 inches of snow.

And of course, it was the lead story, the lead story in the 2nd block, the third block...etc.

Prepare for four days of non-stop snow coverage.

The local TV weather personalities are all excited. In the Philadelphia area there has been no snow over 1 inch in 63 days. They take glee in other people's misery. Other than skiers and kids who roots for snow.

These weathermen make me sick, they have no idea basically...hoping it misses us somehow.

I remember once they were calling for a foot, I woke up the next morning the sun was out and bone dry, by now though you can usually tell which ones are really going to nail us, I have a feeling this one will.

I am expecting between 8-10 inches up here in northern Md.

Hard to comprehend as I enjoy 75 degree weather here in California yesterday and today. I don't think I could handle that kind of cold/snow. Call me a bagina, but I love the west coast.

MD is probably better defined as mid-Atlantic though we do sit northeast of Hawaii.

Over 80 in Palm Springs area yesterday and much of this past week plus we don't have the fire hazard from the Santa Ana winds.

Probably go swimming again this afternoon.

We've had a very mild winter, til today.

I was somehow hoping we would go snow free, well that's out....and I envy anyone wearing shorts outside today! Maryland weather and livng, overall, is pretty darn good though.
