IMO, Avoid them, they're dated. More up to date material on the web. If you need to get one, use one that shows stats from 3 previous years.

For past results and comparing 1st H to 2nd H numbers, I love "budmans.com".

"baseball-links.com" has a list of FBB sites.

Overall, "fantasysportscentral.com" is very good for ratings.

A book that really helped me was Baseball Prospectus. Here is the site to order from: http://www.baseballprospectus.com/ The player analysis is like Bill James but really helped me with later picks and waiver-wire players.

Online I use The Sporting News Fantasy Souce Baseball http://fantasysource.sportingnews.com/baseball/promo.html

Don't forget to get the USA Today Sports Weekly in Mid-March when the Rot. Baseball double-issue comes out. It is a must.
