Overall, they are a good option to have IMO
- wireless betting with PDA or cell phone. Love this when you are on the road.
- easy to play multi-sport round robins, parlays or multiple bets from a single screen. Like tonight in College bball, you can select a bunch of plays and submit them. Don't have to switch screens to add or delete a play.
- they also have a text only version of their site if you don't want to see ads and other crap
- personally have never had any problems with deposits or withdrawals

Getting a reload bonus out of them is like pulling teeth. I deposited with them last week and was eligible for the bonus according to their fine print (balance of $0 and no withdrawals in the last 21 days) and they didn't automatically credit me with the bonus and haven't responded to any of my emails. I read a thread here from a couple weeks ago in which other posters reported the same thing.
They're also quite slow to process withdrawals these days. One of my last withdrawals took 10 days via Neteller, and the others have taken about 3 days on average.
Also their Olympic hockey limits are quite small. $275 on sides and $110 on totals, and the lines on totals are put up really late (so late that they only have them for the last couple games of the day).

for one brief period at the start of the NFL season Intertops suddenly found their balls. With a big fanfare they proclaimed that the days of taking no more than $550 were over.
And sure enough suddenly i started getting over $1k there for the first time since 2002. Until about week 4 that is when their balls went back where they came from.

intertops has gone to the pits
its been 1 week since ive sumbmitted a withdraw for $50....this is the first time in seven years i have sent e-mails and to this day i have NOT recieved a reply...also every time i call customer service i am told the acct dept is closed.....thank goodness i am not trying to recover $5000....last year i hit them for like $1500 and they paid within 2 days....i read over at SBR they changed their COO a few motnhs ago and now its all starting to make sense.....i have made min deposits with them recently when i noticed the withdraw requests were taking up to 5 days....basically i am seeing over time they want to hold players monies so they continue to wager....was funny when i called them and said 'is this because you changed your COO' and the woman said 'no not at all'....lol....so im like why havent you paid me yet.....oh maybe its because i only deposit $10 with them and hit a parlay for $100....hey i even bet back $50 cause i could tell these chumps get mad when someone wins now....i mean cmon people if they cant pay someone $50 would you deposit YOUR money with them.....thank me for the warning later...i also wrote a e-mail to SBR telling them to help me if they could....i havent recieved a reply from anybody....maybe they like intertops.....i read on this forum that SBR has been known to give bias ratings to 'certain' books...im thinking that "therx" will be my new home for online sportsbook info:toast:
