Looking for experienced MLB handicappers that know what they are talking about for discussion via MSN or AOL Messenger. I'd like to do a daily thing but it will kind of be a "whenever you can" sorta deal. It's not like you will get the boot if you aren't around everyday.

Also, I generally handicap the night before and would prefer to discuss tommorrow's games before the actual day starts.

I generally create my own lines and then compare them to the actual lines and bet where the differences are. I would prefer posters who have a similar approach but will listen to anyone if they know their stuff.

If you are looking for credentials, I won theRX baseball handicapping challenge the first year it was around and had a nice lead in year two when I was booted from this site. I like to think I know a thing or two but it's always good to get a few other opinions from others that know their stuff.

Please email wilheim@therx.com if you are interested in these MLB handicapping chats.

Thanks guys, and good luck this MLB season.

Jake, how many units do you usually win per year? How many do you risk a day?

I'm a big fan of a flat-betting system. I do have 2-unit plays though. Probably about 3% of my baseball plays will be for 2-unit while the rest are for 1-unit. No plays of the year or anything.

I won about 30-35 units an MLB season my first two years. Last year I didn't do enough research and quit for over half the season. I finished extremely strong but it only got me back to even for the first half of the season that I screwed up.

I'm more than ready to go this year...
