Mansion does. They pick up the tab for the fees as well. Lower exchange fees than Matchbook too.

i jsut got offthe phone with mansion and they said they dont cover insta cash fees.

so i called mansion again and this time they said they DID cover neteller insta cash fees... i'm not sure if they do or not

I use Mansion all the time. My wagers are matched quite often. It takes a little patience and paying attention to line moves. But I definitely save some money.

but lets say i wanted to get BC -7.5 for $100 or any game for that matter... not looking to sell just buy.. could i easily get this at (-104) lets say at 8:00 am at the exachange?

That depends on the line moves. Sometimes you have to make an estimate on where the line will move It takes some work and a some learning, but all in all depending on how much you wager, I think it pays off.

IS
