that is unreal...

if you can pick JUST!! 52% at $50 a pop:

$50x5.2= $260
$52x4.8= $249

if you can JUST!!! pick 51% you still win!!!!:

$50x5.1= $255
$52x4.9= $254.80

if you can pick 56% (which is very realistic):

$50x5.6= $280
$52x4.4= $229 thats a $50 profit on avg. for every 10 bets made!!!

I agree with Budworth and say no way to 56%, not after a few hundred plays.

Even better if you offer, I get some +103 action there. Even if you offer -102 ( so the other guy gets +102) it works fine and should be accepted rapidly.

I usually try to get +103.

not only is 56% possible but so is 60%, if your talking only 400 plays per year.. if your talking 1000 plays per year, then i may agree.. i think i can hit 60% over 400..

No, but I'd think you'd get an NBA, or NHL bet matched 2 hours before the game, dangerous to leave offers hanging without checking lines.

I try to offer 2 cents better than Pinny, so other guy saves 1 cent.

the thing i notice is that 75% of my games move against me during the day (cbb and nba)... what would be the best option be on trying to get great value at MANSION? i just used the -104 on both my games 2 nite.

If I'm on an overnite, I don't wait for a free half-point next day, don't offer either, they go nowhere until next day, and will only get picked off by somebody like Fishhead. Usually moves against me, so it won't fill, only fills if line moves the way you don't want it to

I just buy it at the best price. If it's closer to game I'll evaluate available lines and free halves, usually wind up offering to take like +6 +103, instead of +6.5 -110, while normal line is 6. Fills decently

Hockey bets fill nicely close to game,CBB is toughest with a big card.

I get offers matched, more often than I accept offers.

But its still 1000 plays evetually? do you believe that picking just one play per day will up the winnng percentage long term? interesting, I am not sure if many would agree on that or not.

i love your idea of making money in the commdity markets, i have been always a mutual fund man myself, looking for low risk but good returns and if you stay consistent it will pay off.

snowman, i will try and i am shooting for a march 1st date... in the late 1990's i wrote a commodity newsletter..

At the moment, i am currently a little behind on my markets but will be spending a great deal of time over the next 2 weeks catching up with my old contacts and the markets..

I am a very experienced trading and i will be specializing in about 10 markets.. I will be looking to do (one trade at a time) and base it off the same concept that im using with sports investing. the trades will last from 3 minute to 3 days..

feel free to email me or ask any questions that you may have.. I work closely with a broker, who monitors my trades for me and calls me with any movements or changes as i hate being tied to monitors..
