I think to be a winning player everyone needs to have a plan and not all plans are the same (which is fine),mine has changed over the past few months. I try to find as many value plays as I can spending alot more time line shopping than handicapping and betting a conservitve pct of br (under 1%). I also JUMP on any PROFITABLE middle opps and scalps on can find. Lots of play+lots of GREAT numbers= hopefully profit. This style works for me, what is yours?
Limit plays to just the TOP plays, Very selective at this time of the year anyway. 5-10 plays per week. Less Exposure, Less juice to have to pay behind a few loosers. Easier to find 1 or 2 a day than looking, shopping, looking, shopping and much better chance of winning. Play to win ! When something comes along that has REal value make a bet, the grind might be good for some players, but its Better for the maker than you.

Handicapped Big 12 cfb last season, it was right here on the ole Rx every week. Make a few Big 12 cbb plays so far this season also.
As you noticed from post of others above, they limit plays to even one play per day. At this time of the year in the cbb the conferences are tight, and the linesmaker has had plenty of time to get the right number on most ALL games. So there are very very few plays that actually have any Real value.
NFL is Un-Cappable, only college for me. Learned long long ago that the NFL is just for other folks and NOT me.
we are just going to have to disagree insiders. Betting a couple hundred plays a year is a waste of time too me. If you manage to hit 55% (and that isn't proven) over 200 plays you are up 10 units for the whole year and unless your betting 1k a bet (must have at least a 50k bankroll for this). I think you are spinning your wheels. Way too much out there in the "betting world" to limit myself to a play a day . When I asked the question the other day on how many plays a person makes a week on average, their were some crazy numbers.

Well...i Usually Start Out By Betting $50 On A Game Like This Past Sunday...i Lost..so I Doubled Up And Lost Again..there Goes 150.00...so I Bet 330 On The Next Game...loser...i Had 550 On Something Last Night I Forgot...lost That..so I Bet $1000 On The Bulls Game Tonight To To Under 195..cause 195 Never Goes Over, Except For Tonight.....so To Compensate I Did A $2500 Western Union And Took The Over 204 In The Suns Game...which Is Gonna Be A Loser....so If You Do The Math Thats 4500? Gone In 3 Days All Over A $50 Loss Sunday...
