daytona 500

the great american race, the super bowl of nascar is sunday. 10 drivers are making their first ever daytona 500 start. im not big on racing but always make it a point to watch this race. this would be considered the only weekend all year when nascar is king, right?

I also love Talladaga and Bristol night race.

true, but this sunday is the only day that the entire nation will see nascar as #1. the super bowl, then the season.

by the way, any good nascar cappers here? the odds to pick a winner are not good but matchup winners looks like some value. see any on the board that looks good?

NBC is even interrupting its stellar Olympics coverage in favor of the race.
