All the publically traded companies have seen their stock slammed with introduction of the new US gambling ban bills.
I would think weaker share prices and weaker earnings expectations upon passage of the bill are affecting the sentiment of the watchdogs.
Or it could be they just failed to deliver a brown paper bag to a certain someone rating them.:missingte
