M-f if you call by 2pm est its there by 5pm est I did one last week and you have to call in which I wish they had an option on there site for withdrawal

I made my first withdrawl from them on Monday. I called at 11:00 AM. After they interegated me for 10 minutes (no big deal) they told me the funds would be in my Neteller by 7:00 that night. I checked around 7:00 and the money was there. I was told twice when I signed up that I could have one free Neteller payout every 30 days. During my interegation I told them this twice. They agreed. Then when they took the money out of my account I noticed they charged me a $15 withdrawl fee. I went on the live chat and they fixed their error immediately.
