Anybody else have this happen at Pinny?

I sent a Western Union to Pinny today. It shows at Western Union as cleared and picked up about 10 hours ago. Pinny claims it was never picked up by their courier and they refuse to credit my account.

Anybody ever have this happen to them and what did you do? This sucks.

Yes. Everything was standard course. Never had a problem in the past and have been using this system for years. Very shitty day.

Been emailing their customer service department, but no resolution. They keep telling me their courier didn't receive the payment. Very fishy. I love Pinny so I'm hoping it's just a mix up, but they keep sending me back to Western Union who obviously have said that payment has been picked up and it's out of there hands.

You need to speak to a live operator, I am sure if wat you're saying is the case, Pnnacle will get this straightened out.

I havent received any email from him, but he may have contacted Journeyman only......J-man isnt online right now, so i cant ask...

Im sure if he contacted Jman, he got it worked out..

I did.

Was picked up yesterday afternoon by the name that Pinny gave me. Very odd.

Been sending Western Union for years and never a problem w/ any book.
