Based on experiences you've had, name some sportsbooks that you have used which you feel cater to small players the same as larger players. Basically, think of times when as a bigger player you were not really treated any differently than you were as a smaller player.
Offhand, one I can think of is Pinnacle. It's as no frills as you can get. Everyone gets the same reduced juice, the same horse rebates, the same one time only bonus on the initial deposit. Olympic is similar as well - everyone gets the same calendar every year, the sports schedule sent, etc. - doesn't matter if you bet big or bet small.
Are there other books out there that fall into this category?
