will they let me open a netller acct without a bank acct? im on chex systems and cant get one so a bank acct is not an option for me? or can i get an neteller acct in girfriends name would they do that? last question if neteller said yes to this would the books let me deposit with her neteller acct or would they require her to open an acct with them? or would us living in the same house prohibit her from opening acct at any books? thanks for answering my questions guys:toast:
