Hey RX'ers, what's happening? Hope all is well here!
As many of you know, I quit gambling a few months ago and stopped coming to THERX so that I wouldn't be around it much. Well truth is, the poker was killing me, not the sports betting. The amount of time I was spending here and at online poker rooms was crazy! Not to mention my trips to the local land casinos here. So I quit playing poker and going to the casinos, but sports wagering is another thing. I have not stopped that, and think I will always play sports.....
Anyways, enough about my boring ass.......I came here today because I wanted to tell my experience with a deposit yesterday at MVP...horrible! They had sent me an email offering a 50% cash bonus so I called to take advantage of it. I talked to three people, and NOT ONE knew what I was talking about and without actually saying it, implied I was making this email up. Finally I talked to someone that said I was indeed eligible for the 50% bonus and he told me there was a 6x rollover with a 60 day hold and that I would get a 50% bonus and fees covered from NT. So I deposit the money and get a 10% bonus. I sent email explaining I should have 50% etc. I waited until about 10:00 this morning and still no correction in my account, so I call in. Again, NO ONE knows what I am talking about. Finally, after what seemed like an hour, I talked to a lady who said yes I should get the 50% bonus and she tells me there is a 6x rollover with a 30 day hold (not 60) and that since it was such a large bonus I was responsible for the NT fees ($20). I told her that was not what I was told yesterday and she said well that is our policy. I was so frustrated at this point that I said fine. She said she would put the right bonus amount in for me. Well now it is 1:00 and still not corrected and I still have no idea how many days my account is on hold. I am not really concerned that it won't be corrected, I am sure evetually I will get the bonus, but I really can't figure out what is wrong with some of these offshore books.....why is CS so fricking hard? I must say I am NOT IMPRESSED with MVP at all at this point and just wanted to vent.....
