i see grennbelt is pimping the hell out of this site in the promo forum. they have a c rating at SBR, not bad. yet saw a couple of negative post in another thread. im not against a little action to the smaller books if legit. any update or players there with any info or input? no shills please. thanks guys.

I have played there and have spoken to Aden on the phone a few times.
Starting with the positives, the customer service is good, they have reduced juice and some nice bonuses. When I cashed out, my payout was handled very well. I know others who had payouts which were handled well.
The negative is that I am a fairly big $$$ player and they don't like that. My limits were cut twice (from 2K to 1K to $500) before I had completed my rollover. I'm not a steam player and the first time they cut them I was only up a fraction of a unit - so it is obvious they just don't want big action. As soon as they saw I was placing max bets a couple times, they started cutting.
It's like they say about some books: "Their on-line limits only apply to people who aren't going to bet that much."
I don't begrudge books that do that but I feel it does bear mentioning in a forum like this.
When I told them I was going to cash out, they actually put my limits back up to 1K. Everything was handled very professionally.

Keep in mind that you can always place higher wagers on the phone. The limits are ususally cut when somebody's wagers shows a pattern of the lines moving right after they place the wager, whether they're winning or losing. Now it could be a coincidence, but we tend to follow a better-safe-than-sorry policy on this matter. We won't cut your limits over the phone, just online. And the lowest we will put the online limit is $500.
