Nine WILL give a referral bonus on top of the 99 for 99 match. It is 20 percent. They will also give a 20 percent cash bonus on top of all cash deposited after the initial $99 for the new player. I don't think that either one of these bonuses cap either. I have referred several friends and gotten my referral bonus no problem. Only problem is that, rumor has it that after referring friends, your friends either have to a) lose their money or b) roll it over, ( I think 5 times), in order for you to withdraw your money without penalty. Nine is a great out though, I use it almost every day considering some of their lines are "off" and the -105 on Tuesday and the free 1/2 point Fridays plus the juice free game each day. All in all I like the site and the bonuses.
