Question about rollovers

You would think I would know after lurking here for so long, but I use a few locals and never have opened an offshore account. I want to get into the weekly baseball contest, but was wondering what a rollover is. I hear everyone talk about it, but b/c I use locals, never paid much attention.

if you send a bookie 1000$ & they give you a 200$ bonus (20%)

they may ask you to 'rollover' this amount 6 times or so before you can withdraw.....

1000$ + 200$ = 1200$ times 6 = 7200$

the bookie would want you to wager 7200$ before you can withdraw, or 'rollover' you deposit + bonus 6 times.
