I agree, if you are only using 2 or 3 books total, I would stay with reduced juice outs with ZERO bonus....

if you are using 4 to 10 outs.... then bonus whoring is worth it I think....

Just finished a Live Chat with BET 19 and here is what they said.
The aforementioned bonus section is only good for the CASINO. It's not obvious on the bonus page, but if you look close they do drop a hint.

No questions that bonuses can help you out. Pinnacle is a must, but there are times when other books that do offer bonuses have a better line, or the same line as Pinnacle. Then you're better off betting at that other book and contributing to your rollover. Even if you just have Pinnacle and one other book it's worth it.

It adds up.
