Is it possible to see who scooped up your offer or is this completely impossible?

Wondering minds would like to know...

of course, several hundred offers,

you enter the amount of money you want

you enter the odds you want

you click submit

& you wait for someone to match it

as soon as you enter your offer (as long as it is the most competitive offer) you will see your offer pop up.....

For Example, say you want the Hornets tonite at +2.5 +102 you enter in that number exactly like that.....

Then the offer will appear on the screen as -2.5 -102 for anyone else to match, (they need to agree to lay -102 for you to get your +102).

If you post an offer & someone else matches it, it is ZERO commission....

the only time you pay commission is on WINNING bets that you MATCHED..... in the example above the person who matched your offer would have to pay 1% COMMISSION on his winnings if he won.....

you would pay ZERO commission......

unless your mansion is different than mine, Id say its not as simple as placing a wager, specially the first time u do it.

Do u guys see a 500 dollar offer on Golden State on the money line tonight at +725?

I do see the 500$ at +725, but since it is not the most competitive offer I have to click on the Moneyline to see it....

Well if it's not the best offer, people are less likely to see it there to match in volume, and nibbles will only get the best offer..

I don't think anyone has a reason to nibble on that when there are better odds available on there.

nobody would nibble on it as there are more competitive offers...... (not sure if we are talking about the same thing)....

right now there is 59$ available at +769 so that would go first before any +725

ok, educate me please - if you were into scalping is mansion/matchbox good for this? what is this waiting for someone to accept your offer about? to scalp you need to know the bet is taken simultaneousy when you find a number at a convenional book right?

YES, but on MANSION you can accept someone elses offer to get a 'real time' scalp as you suggest.....

OR

you can put a few worms out there & hope someone bites, essentially 'setting up a scalp' for yourself, this method is not as certain & does involve some forecasting

Depends how you play it earl.

If you want to have zero-risk, then yes, you'd need to take offers and account for a 1% comission..

If you trust your reading of the market, you can take a bad line elsewhere, and put up an offer on an exchange to scalp back..

yup I understand there is a better offer but its just for 50 some buck as u say, in fact earlier and for a long time it was like 9 dollars only.

I guess will have to wait and see if the +769 is gone first...

SLIM dont forget +770 is available at PINNACLE, so you cannot excpect to see the +725at MANSION gobbled up.....

if it was the BEST PRICE abailable on the NET, then you WOULD see it gobbled up.....
