<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> He probably is done, but why did they put him in the starting lineup in the World Series and bat him 5th?

Now they want him to go away so they can collect 15 million of his 16 million dollar contract they insured.

Bagwell has 449 career home runs.

I would say not in if career ends to today because of the era and the team he played for.

If I had a vote, I would vote yes. A 40/30 first baseman in his prime. It dont get no better than that

I would say no for sure....funny thing is if he was able to hang on and hit enough to reach 500 it would be tough to turn him away...it will be interesting to see those newer player who end up in the 500 HR range and if they are automatic. Mac, Raffy, Sosa, Bagwell, Thomas etc

My vote will be NO to Bagwell, what do you think?
