For sure the top 4 are in. Many so-called experts have only 4 going in with max at 6. ACC Tourney will be huge factor for FSU/VA's. With Big Ten & Big East having great seasons that will pull from any extra at large bids. Also with the Hofstra's & GMason's as well performing excellent.

I personally think Duke will get to the elite 8 & bottom out. While teams like UNC & BC will go further than many would expect.

ACC lost an unbelievable amount of talent.

The fact that a team that starts Melchioni, Dockery, and McRoberts can be #1 in the nation says A LOT about NCAA basketball this year. Talent is way down overall.

ACC is average this year, and they still won the ACC/Big Ten Challenge.

Duke, UNC, BC, NCSU are in

Miami has a chance, Virginia even maybe if they can finish really strong

great points , and in all my years watching the ACC, I don't think I have ever seen the league wide talent so thin.

4, I think UVa is going to have a tough time unless they go to the finals in the ACC tourney. When I see Vill/ UConn, I think both are better then DUke. VIll's guards will give JJ a very tough time. Uconn underneath looks much stonger then Duke. UNC is getting better and better, question is how the kids will handle the pressure of the NCAA?

If I was to pick a conference to win it all the BIG EAST looks very, very strong. I would probably take them at even $$. BY the way any book have those props up yet?

Im confused. How can anybody who has watched CBB think that The Big Ten is having a great season? With the exception of Ohio State, the league is made up of average teams that cannot win on the road. I dont believe the Big Ten deserves more than 4 teams, also ACC doesnt deserve more than 4. There are mid majors that deserve bids, such as: G Mason, Hofstra, NC Charlotte, Wichita St, Old Dominion, NC Wilmington, Missouri St, Creighton and S. Illinois. All these teams should be given a bid over teams that are not over .500 in their own conference. No team with a conference record of .500 or less deserves the right to be in the field of 65.

Yes ACC beat Big Ten challenge still however.

Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan St, Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin? Indiana???

These teams have shown strengths in my opinion that could see them do well in the NCAA's. Teams like MD for example are absolute garbage this season. Big Ten deserves it share of bids this year. Big Ten is having one of its best season's overall in my eyes. Big Ten conference has done what ACC has done in past years and that's basically beat the hell out of each other all season, in turn killing out the possiblity of many high seeds.

However I expect Big Ten to do damage in NCAA's.

During an espn game last week they put up a graphic up that showed the Big 10 being the top conference in the country by a slight margin over Big East. THis is crazy, it's not even close. Usually each year this is a great discussion but there's no debate this year. Big east is vastly superior this year to any other conference. THey have alot of teams and all but 2 are good teams. Would not be surprised to see 4 Big East teams in Elite 8.

ACC is down a little this year it seems but they might be the second best conference, it's either them or Big 10. Of the teams getting in I think Duke will be in the Final 4 as usual, UNC exits early and wouldnt be surprised to see one of the lesser acc teams like UVa, Mia, Maryland win a few - who goes will be decided in acc tourney, committee will send six from its fav conf. There will be afew tough teams sitting it out this year in GaTech, VaTech and Clemson - all decent teams. Have hunch SEC and Big 12 will be getting more teams in than they should -- both should only get 3 teams apiece. Spread it out to mid-majors, Horizon, MizzValley, etc.
