Collect Winnings
There are several methods of cash disbursements for our clients. We can send a check via Federal Express (with full tracking), bank wire your funds to your nominated bank account, return funds via Neteller, WebMoney, Moneybookers or Instadebit (please see Credit/Debit Card, Neteller, Moneybookers, WebMoney and Instadebit withdrawal rules).
Our clients receive one free payout per month for withdrawals of $1,000 or more for cheques or wire transfers, with a flat fee of $25, or equivalent, for any additional withdrawals. Clients also receive one free Neteller, Moneybookers, WebMoney or Instadebit withdrawal of $500 or more per calendar month. Neteller, Moneybookers, WebMoney or Instadebit withdrawals of less than $500, or more than one per calendar month, incur a fee of $15 or equivalent, per transaction.
To receive a check by Federal Express:
Please go to the CASHIER of your Pinnacle Sports' account. From the drop down menu select Cashier Check Withdrawal (FedEx). Once your request is complete, the information is forwarded to our Customer Service Department for processing. You will receive an email as confirmation when your withdrawal is processed and again when your check is sent containing your Federal Express tracking number.
Please note that checks are written in the client's name only. To send your check we require an address (not a P.O. Box) and phone number for the Federal Express airbill. Before requesting your withdrawal, please make sure your personal details are correct using the Account Details section of your account. Checks may be requested for up to $50,000 USD, or equivalent, only. Only one check may be processed per day per client. If you prefer, bank transfers may be processed for any amount.
To wire funds to your bank:
Please go to the CASHIER of your Pinnacle Sports' account. From the drop down menu select Wire Transfer Withdrawal. Once your request is complete, the information is forwarded to our Customer Service Department for processing. You will receive an email as confirmation when your withdrawal is processed.
Please note that bank wires are made out in the client's name only. To send your wire we require the complete information for your bank (Name, address), your bank account number, any ABA/Swift/Routing Numbers/Sort Code or Bank Branch Numbers coupled to your account and your address as registered at the Bank. Before requesting your withdrawal, please make sure your personal details are correct by using the Account Details option in your account. Only one bank wire may be processed per day per client.
