I haven't wagered in weeks and pretty much have close all my accounts. The guy starts the message yelling do you want to have a big night tonight? After that I just hung up.

Do these things actually sell with people? I mean it was really annoying.

All they are looking for is the guy who says, "Let's see what this moron has to say" - even if the person listens with great skepticism, that is all they seek.

As for your tout call, could you tell us which books you signed up with and gave that number to? I have two books whom I suspect of distributing my cell number

Bodog, Betwwts, 5 Dimes, sportsbook.com. Only ones I ever have deposited on in the past and had active accounts.

Also had a Bonus Play account a while back with Bet Royal and also nine.com.

You narrow it down.

I appreciate the humor Fat Tony. I didn't have to give a number to The RX when signing up. Some online wagering site sold our number. It's not a coincedence. It was also my cell phone, which is the number I use with all my registrations. Havent wagered in weeks and I get a call. Go figure.

That's why I never give my real number for anything related to gambling. Change one number in your phone number and then remember what it is later on in case they ask. There's no reason for them to have it.

I never give mine either but these recordings that the touts do they must have random phone number dialing because I even got one 2 weeks ago on my unlisted cell phone

random dialer they will get your number soon or later

They had to get your number from somewhere. They don't bother unless they have leads.

If a live person calls me and asks for Josh, I ask who is calling, then tell them to call him Josh will be back in about an hour, call then.

They never do.

I'm wondering if they get your number from caller ID when you call in to customer service. I never give out my real phone number except once by mistake to Pinnacle.
