Soccer Game tomorrow

Not exactly inside information but many international friendlies are going to be played tomorrow around the world as tune up for the world cup.

Costa Rica made the trip all the way to Iran to play in Teheran tomorrow.

I just visited Pinnacle and I dont see a line there but Im sure someone out there must have a line on this game.

As I mentioned earlier its not exactly inside info but the Costa Rica team is exhausted after a 40 hour trip that just barely has them in Iran to play the game. This team will have a tough time tomorrow, it wouldnt be a bad idea to get a little on Iran (at home, against a dead tired squad), perhaps at a pk if you could find it.....

If you find a line, Id appreciate if u let me know. Thanks.

Yeah, I know it's a long way...

So if Brazil were going to play a friendly in say Kazakhstan you'd be on Kazakstan??

Im not saying Iran won't win (or that they will) I'm just saying that a long flight should only be one of many factors when deciding which team to bet on in a game like this - especieally since you were looking for a pk line but only got a -0.5...

I've got no opinion on this game at all. I just thought that Slim's reasoning was a little weak... Distance as the only reason? I'm sure the books are well aware that Costa Rica is far away from Iran. Slim say's " it wouldnt be a bad idea to get a little on Iran...perhaps at a pk if you could find it..." and yet people jump on Iran -0.5. I just don't get it...but good luck, TTinCO!

Who cares what the line is? The Ticos have to travel for 40 hours so any line is apparently good! OK, seriously, I think you're right about the travel already beeing factored in. A no bet for me if there ever was one!

I don't particularly like Russia... It was just a pick for all of those degenerates who think that a long travel results in an automatic win for the home team... :missingte

Actually if I had had to chose a side here I'd go for the Russians +0.5. Freezing in Moscow and no Ronaldinho for Brazil. Plus the greater chance of a draw in these friendlies. But my only bet today is Russia Under 2.5 that I saw in your thread - thanks.

duck, , I might be completely off but 1.92 is a lot imo, not that I ve run it through a database to verify this but friendlies I have come to believe either fly over or are under affairs from beggining to end, not much middle ground.

guess we should of taken the iranians, thanks for the heads up slim, your contributions here are always good and welcome, my bayern munich boy karimi scored too for the iranians on the 11th, kinda goes against the tiredness theory though that the costa ricans managed the 2 goals of a 3-2 defeat on the second half where they d be even more tired, unless of course after the 3-0 the iranians let their guard down and tried a few things with substitutes. But like I said we are all a bunch of pussies for not betican against the 'ricans..lol!
