BetonSports payout issue

I tried them out a few weeks ago, won a little and got a Neteller payout, same day - with no problems.

I reupped on Monday and tried to take out my balance today. I was told this morning that it would be done this afternoon. Then I check and it's not in my neteller account now.

So I talk to someone right now on Live Chat (Michelle) and they are saying that it will be done tomorrow.

That is piss-poor service, don't advertise Same Day payouts if you're not going to honor them. This is only $1800 and it is ridiculous.

I read all the bs about them before and decided because they are a sponsor here, to give them a try. But I will not reup with them again after this.

Just a heads up for you all...

To some people $1800 is a good chunk of change.

I hear ya. I think they are messing with me because I wanted my whole balance out of there because I am going out of town this weekend. It's my money, I posted up $1000 the other day.

It's very poor service and I'm not happy about it.

There was NO mention of it NOT being done today at 10am when I called it in. They said it would be done this afternoon.

I want everyone here to know the kind of service that I'm getting from BOS. They will not get another reup from me after pulling this crap.

Thanks for the heads up. Every time I get close to being sucked in because of the bonus, I read another complaint about them. I will stay away.

$1800 is a low payout, especially for BoS. I guess they are just waiting for more Neteller deposits to come in before they can make a payout. Why bother keeping it funded with their own money - that would be too easy. I can't blame you for being frustrated.

That is incorrect - the Neteller account is heavily funded. Whatever may have caused the delay for No Chance's payout until tomorrow it was not Netleeler funding. I will ask BOS management what happened to casue the delay.

I doubt very seriously this has anything to do with BOS Neteller not having 1,800 dollars in it.

I just spoke to Jamie Owen at BOS - the payout for No Chance in Hell will be in his Neteller account in the next 10 minutes. This may have been a case of a mistake by a CSD clerk - Jamie is going to check the live chat record to see what happened.

No Chance in Hell - your balance will be zero and all of your payout should be there any minute.

Nice they could speed up the payout for him. But what do people do who do not belong to the Rx or any of these sites? Just live with that kind of service?

I did not mean to imply their Neteller account was not funded - just threw it up as something to think about. But some books seem to keep it more funded than others.

They didnt speed it up for him, it was an error by the clerk...she was looking at the wrong info....he would have been paid this afternoon anyway, thats why it happened so quick....she just made a mistake on the date, and looked at the info wrong....it was a simple clerk error....had nothing to do with funding...

Bucsfan is correct the payout was already in the pipeline before either one of us became involved. Just an unfortunate error by Michelle in BOS CSD.

Thanks again for the help. I was hoping that it was just an error on her part.

The payout was done very quick after i sent the email to wil and bucs, like a minute after.

I will go back there in the future...
