Cotto easily ahead after 6. Probably a whitewash as it stands.

I can catch you up going into the 7th

Rounds one through six, Cotto pretty much dominating with body punches and occasionally punches to the head. Branco swelling up and whining about body punches.

Branco did bow at one point. I think that makes it a 10-8 round. There is no bowing in boxing.

Round 7
More Cotto domination. Branco throwing jabs to keep Cotto at bay but isn't helping much. Branco's jaw maybe broken. Cotto is bringing the action to Branco and it may not last too much longer.

It's over Cotto by TKO in the 8th. Cotto systematically broke Branco down.

I'd rather see him fight Hatton myself. Hopefully Gatti will wait until next year to fight again so I can get back up north and go in person. Killed me to miss his last out.

BTW, I think Hatton would bomb Cotto.

I would too but Arum already has plans for the Puerto Rican day parade at MSG with Paulie "Growing up gotti" Mags. Deposit put down, date was pending on this fight.

I agree with the pressure Hatton would put on Cotto, I think Cotto would wilt under pressure but will a ref allow the roughhousing Ricky does?
