Losing Amare I think has the Suns learning to play better team D..I think they were too lazy last year in letting players get by(same sin made by most Shaq's teammates from High School thru NBA career)..losing Q in FA didn't hurt either.

I don't think you can be lazy and play on this team, last year or this one. You have to run, you have to rebound, you have to set and work with screens. If someone wanted to vacation, go play on the Lakers where you can just watch Kobe or the Blazers where no one breaks a sweat.

Today's win was incredibly encouraging. As usual they have problems guarding Dirk and stopping dribble penetration, but they didn't let it decide the game. Dallas is always one of the toughest matchups for us in the league because they can keep pace on the scoreboard. Still getting a win because a guy like Diaw comes up big makes us scary good come playoff time. Being this far above .500 at this time of year with almost no inside game is amazing, adding some certain big guy in a few weeks just has me thinking maybe this is the year after all...
