Sheesh, I just tried the live chat on Hollywoods Customer Service. They graded my Toms over Els by half a stroke as a loss. The Gal on the chat line tells me it was for the whole match. I explained that I made the wager on Saturday night so it couldn't have been for the whole match and even if I had it would have won anyway. Now they want me to call customer service.

Just grade the wager correctly please.

Maybe they think the higher number is a better score however they did grade my Toms over Phil and Toms over Tiger correctly and I made all three wagers at the same time.

C'mon K1 get it right!

My sincere apologies to the staff at Hollywood. I hit the "greens in regulation" area when I thought it was just stroke play on the Toms vs Els matchup.

I did the same thing before thought I had stroke play but I had greens in regulation maybe they should change the way they got it

My mistake was crying on the forum before actually chatting personally with customer service. I'd like to add I made a neteller W/D today that was processed almost immediately.
