Matchbook thoughts....

i recently decided to give this place a try, lots of people saying it was a great site, better than mansion. well so far here are my thoughts on it (nba and cbb): they take 2% on wins where mansion takes 1%. there lines are all right, i would say about 80% of the time the lines are better at mansion though. but every once in a while you will be able to jump on a great offer like +101 or -101 compared to mansion standard -104. matchbook has alot more offers than mansion but most the time the odds are better at mansions standard -104 anyways. i would say its on the lvl of pinny, but these 2 are no where close to MANSION. overall i'm little disappointed with Matchbook at this point.

and Matchbook charges a 2% or something for deposit. But they will reimburse back to your account as commision.

i for sure want to come aboard and get a feel for the exchange books. just have not decided yet between mansion/matchbook. i will be playing a lot of baseball so if you feel any one one of them have an edge on baseball lines please let me know.

Do yourself a favor and join both. My only regret has been that I didn't sign up with both exchanges much sooner. I think I make a few more plays at Mansion, but I wouldn't wanna be without Matchbook either.

I have the sense that a lot of Matchbook market makers have bots checking Pinny and adjusting their lines to slightly better value while Mansion runs somewhat more independently.

Leykis is right...it's important to have both...sometimes the side you want will have heavy negative juice as matchbook is more reluctant to change the line...which is why it's important to have a mansion account to know you won't ever pay more than -105 for a game (and most likely cheaper if you use the order form)...I use these two and pinnacle to make 95% of my wagers and it's been great...
