Does anyone else think THE Commitee will bounce the loser of this game? If Syr. loses I think they had better hope and pray that all conf. trnmnts run to script, what they have going for them is that Commitee loves them. If Cincy loses this I think they are bounced due to shady reputation.

And if the Road Warrior says it, it must be true..

Syracuse will not go to the big dance IMO...they would have to go deep in their tourny and I dont think that happens

Cincinnati beat ranked West Virginia and then was declared in. Syracuse wins in this spot then it will sure help their bubble cause.

The more I dwell on this I think they get in, if they win today, just because they are The Cuse. That plus fact that they play in toughest conf. without question can only help. Reputation helps alot of these bubble teams every year and that helps syr. The team that will benefit most for reputation is UNC. Suddenly they are a possible #2 seed and a Final 4 threat. Better chance of being bounced in second round! That said they did look superb against Duke other night.

RE: Cincy being declared in, wouldnt bet on that -- if they lose today they go back on bubble and have to watch out for SetonHall,Rutgers and other teams out of conf.

And so it goes......

Cincy is a street ball team disguised as D1 college hoops team. Letting them in the Big Dance would be a disgrace.

cadi, Cincy almost street-balled this game away from lousy Orange, Syr. deserved to lose this - it looked like every other game i've seen them play this year. Cinc. better start going to church - they have a case but in reality they are depending on many other teams to win or lose this weekend.

Telling stat: Cincy is now 6-10 without Kirkland. Committee not gonna like that...not to mention how big a name Syracuse and Jim Boheim are. I wouldn't be surprised if Cincy got bounced with that loss and 'Cuse gets a bid.

Pretty much see it the same way...but still think Cincys hopes are on all the chalks rocking this weekend -- Cuse probaly in even though I just heard Digger say probably not
