I woke up this morning really early, so I decided to check on some college basketball lines. I decided to bet the over in the Temple/George Washington game. The best line I could find was 128 at CRIS, so I deposited what I had in Neteller.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

The money didn't show up in my CRIS account. Neteller transfers usually show up instantly. I checked my Neteller account, it showed up as debited. I logged out of my CRIS account, logged back in, still not there. I used live help, but the first guy disappeared. I described my problem to the second guy, he said he couldn't help me until his manager got in in an hour. I told him I wanted to bet that number (since the line looked like it would move). I got him to put a note on my account that I wanted that line.

I waited a little over an hour, talked to another live help rep, and he got the money to show up, but now the line was at 129. I called in to explain my problem and place the bet at the number I wanted, and I was told that the best they can give me is over 128.5, and if I want my money back I either have to pay the $15 fee or wait until tomorrow.

I finally decided to just bet it at 128.5. All told I was only betting $139, it's not like I was trying to take a shot or something. I'm very disappointed with the customer service at CRIS, and I will look to use other outs in the future whenever possible. I'm sure the game will now land on 128 and I'll get screwed twice.

I'm very shocked the money wasn't there instantly like it always is. I was just in touch with Live Chat to find out where a golf shirt I ordered 2 months ago from their Loyalty Program still hasn't shown up!

Null-- I feel for you and this unfortunate situation.

If you would'nt mind, could you shoot me an email at Strutnut@aol.com so we can discuss this.

Thanks,

Cris is an excellent book, but their entry level CS agents definitely have to be better trained...have read a lot of negative feedback over the last six months about things like these...

I had a issue with CS this morning myself about this MM promo. I was told it was to late to claim the Bonus because I called back to late. How could it be to late when I told CS AS I WAS SENDING THE MONEY THAT I'M CLAIMING THE BOBUS. Bonus Play, entry into MM Bracket, free Square, and Black Jack entry.

So I told them OK send me my money back, matter of fact send every thing back in ny account since now I don't have a rollover since I didn't receive anything. She says why don't you talk to my supervisor, he'll be in tommorrow.

If don't get results I'm out of there

famous quote from those guys...call back when a supervisor's around...they can't make a decision without someone holding their hand...cris's managers are good, but the entry level CS seriously is getting worse...
