What's the number where the bank HAS to report the funds to the irs?

This is always a "NOBODY KNOWS FOR CERTAIN" issue.

Some say 2500, others 3000, and others 10,000...........per transaction and/or month.

Having said that and this is something that really concerns anybody for whatever reason, perhaps one should try(if possible), to limit their withdrawls to bank accounts to LESS than 2500 per month.

I believe it is safe to say that this would cover the vast majority of posters here and something they could adhere to.

I took $7100 last night after I went unbeaten for the day on the Cuse and C.Florida. It's the most I have taken out ever. I usually just take out $3,000, and it's okay. I hope I get no problems.

Fish i just got off the phone with my bank. This was a different matter than offshore gambling, but they tell me the line is NOW 3000. They also told me that i might go to 1500 shortly. That was a large bank in Oklahoma City as well.
obtw i just did 2950 to stay under that Red Flag

So when i get a check for $7100 from Pinnacle and cash it tomorrow, it will throw up a red flag?

Shouldn't do a thing.

Deposited a check for 96,000 from my parents a few years back and wasn;t even questioned about it at the bank, 2 mins in and out.

well i had to pay it back LOL

Wasn't a "gift"

But bottom line, if i can deposit that check in the bank and not be bothered by a thing, then 7000 or whatever is nothing.

Again, if you have nothing to hide, and have your proper record keeping withdrawal whatever the hell you want.

I have 5 figure withdrawals and deposits in my checking account monthly. Never a problem
