Is this right in world baseball

I thought I heard today if Mexico beats Canada and scores 3 or less runs the states are out anyine know if this is right. If so I guess instead of going for Canada I have to go for Mexico and less than 3 runs

There has already been speculation that if Mexico is leading say 2-0 late, they would just strike out on purpose to eliminate the USA

No worries Mexico up 4-0 already, Canada needs to win or else there out (unless South Africa wins but really that isnt happening.) While I have no money on this game Jeff Francis, you're a bum. Adam Loewen shuts down the US and you can't even get Mexico out.
