I used them couple years ago..no problem with payout at the time....good cs..haven;t used them since

Concur.
No problem with payouts or CS.
Pretty rare to find a playable line you wouldn't already have.
The occiasional 5 inning Bases line might be slow to move.
1H foot and 1H total scalped as well.
NOte I believe the BLS lines were fairly vanilla as they were scalped agianst Linewiz.

Won a big contest sponsored by them a couple years ago. Paid out without any stress. Guy who was running it back then seemed real nice too.
