I like this feature as well and it made me look at a stock(LPSN) that handles some of the books Live Chats. Had a nice run from 2 to 6 but has now stalled. Something to look at if you like the feature.

love it too, however sometimes you get a clerk, that even though they "may" be helping you, or checking on something, they dont tell you that, and u just sit there, and you are wondering if they even got your message....i prefer when they say "let me check" etc....

Hate it when u type away, and then nothing for 3-4 minutes, then when u say "hello" or something, they say "i was checking sir".......lol

But , yes, i prefer this to the phone call , anytime....

There are NO ACCENTS when u type...:modemman:

That's true, Bucsfan, but the good thing is, since it's Live Chat, you don't have to sit there and wait. You can go back to work, surf around, go get a beer, and when they respond to you, the window usually appears up front of all windows. I say usually because there was one site (forgot which one) that didn't have that function. I tend to think that they sometimes respond to more than one client at the same time.

On a side note, if you guys like relaxing music, call Greyhound. My last half hour phone call waiting.

LIVE CHAT is nice only if the person on the other end knows what he / she is doing. If they don't, it's just like a telephone conversation.
