I'll add to it, I have a bunch of free ones on a list right now as well. I think I have about 12 sites so far that I have found, most local newspapers have contests going as well, and a good strategdy for those is to have teams not from that region do well if you are doing multiple different brackets, I'll post what I can find tomorrow night.
