Looking for Some bracket Help

I'm in a few contests and pools and stuff but I dont follow college basketball at all, I dont bet it or watch it today I watched the last 5 minutes of the Duke game and I can honestly say thats the most I ever watched it was a good game too.

Anyway anyone got any advise on filling out my bracket teams that should make it far or win it all and any upsets to watch out for.

Thanks fellas I actually started this thread before most of the other ones were up but I've been reading the other threads and they're perfect they're exactly the kind of stuff I was looking for should help me a lot.
