i use live chats as my main communication to sportsbooks while i am at work. betcris's service on live chat used to be decent. Over the last few months it has gone downhill fast. Expect 30 minute live chats to get anything resolved. Sometimes after 30 mins you still havent gotten resolved. i like your book but this part of your customers ervice is very lacking. I hope it get corrected because it can't get much worse.

By the way! Want to get a free withdrawal at CRIS? And I'm not talking about the free Fridays. I spoke to the poker room yesterday....America's Card Room....which is CRIS' poker room.....and they said that were FREE....all the time. I said are you sure there isn't the $15 fee that CRIS charges? They said not in the poker room. How about that? So if you need a free withdrawal, just transfer funds from the sportsbook over to the poker room, and then ask for a withdrawal. You might have to play a bit so they don't bitch about it, but they have plenty of 25 cent games of all varieties. You can go to the poker room cashier and make the trransfer in a minute. Only thing you have to do is set up through customer service the poker account to match up with your SB account. You wind up getting the same account #.
By the way, in case you've tried their poker room before and not liked it, they have switched over to the Pokerroom.com software which combines a lot of other sites into Poker Room. I know that Carib and Phoenix Sports Ticket also uses the software. You have a lot more players than their old site used to have. They have some great tournaments that are inexpensive and get a lot of players. Their $5.50 freezeout usually attracts 600 players and they have one about every two hours. They have a $20,000 guarantee that runs about $22 and gets a lot of action.
