DAM...Just checked my pinny acct...

and its like -$6000....as in negative 6000...Well heres what happened...

I deposited using Echeck...$500...I won, I cashed out and everything was fine and for some reason the money wasnt in there. I made a mistake with my bank acct and now my pinny acct is all fucked up...what the hell????

So they took away 500 plus my winnings that cashed out(like 5 g's)

I just contacted the echeck place and they said they are going to try to take the $500 out in a couple days...which will be in there, should have been last time but made a simple mistake...so when they take the $500 out, will my pinny acct be fixed then...?

Doesn't sound good. Something tells me Pinnacle isn't going to like your simple mistake at your bank. To them it's like you were playing on credit.

Or perhaps it's just their software going nutty. Keep us posted.

thats fucking bullshit though. No one can make a mistake to highly ranked pinnacle.

It looks like your going to have to pay Pinny that $6000 or never have the option to play there again.

oh yea...and I emailed them about this and waited about 30 min.

after that I proceded to call them because I thought this was a problem and wanted to talk with someone, and the lady responds "we'll answer all your questions through email"

I'm surprised that Pinny would allow a withdraw before the deposit via e-check would clear. They could avoid these problems by doing do.

How is it that they put money into your account if they did not have it? Do they do this regularly...allow you to play pending a deposit that they have not received yet? Sounds like bullshit to me.

I understand that. But a person cant make a mistake. I have the money in there now and I had it in there 1 day after I they tried to take it out. I guess people cant make mistakes these days. I mean come on...there going to get there $500 as soon as they try to take it out again, but to pay up another 5 g's that I won using the $500....there crazy.

Pinnacle doesn't want to use their time or resources to determine what NSFs were legitimate mistakes and what are attempted free shots at them. Therefore the efficient thing to do is to declare all winnings from NSFs null and void. They should not allow withdraws on an account before the deposit clears though. Both parties are at fault, albeit not equally.

How long ago was the initial deposit of $500 made? I thought you couldn't cash out until 7 business days have passed.Did the funds come out of your bank account and then were taken back by your bank after the fact?

did you already get the money. I have a hard time believing that they will let this slide. I think they are going to want the money. Especially with you taking it out so fast they are probably thinking you knew this was going to happen

I deposited March 9th. Won 5000 in 2 days...You are allowed to withdraw but you have to keep what you deposited in your acct for the 7 days...

So i withdrew $4500. Had no problems...EVEN DEPOSITED BY ECHECK 3 More times since then.......Now tonight I check my acct and this happens

Yea I got the money. when I win that much in a couple days I ALWAYS withdraw most of it anyway just so I dont blow it or whatever. The fact is i wasnt trying to scam them or anything. I made a mistake and there taking it like im pulling something over them.
