Not on this game but watching and this is a very dumb team...with the lead launching low percentage shots....then the play at mid court, they deserve to lose, congrats Indy for the gift.

It was pretty back and forth in the 1st half... think the end was the only time in the 2nd half IU was covering

Very similar to Xavier collapse but Xavier snuck in with a late layup as the player was well aware.

You could see this coming though, they were launching some ridiculous shots....no defense was played in this one.

Allways a new way to loose , up 1 with 5 seconds and getting 3. give up a 3pt, throw inbounds out of bounds, foul , Ind. makes 2 ft, heave half ct. shot at buzzer. 4 pt loss for sdst and no cover. Indiana was never covering at any other pt in 2nd half.

Indiana led for nearly the entire 1st half. Largest lead was 9(39-30).

I know everyone on this site is convinced that every close loss of their is a "bad beat," but IU dominated the game. 16 more fg attempts and 1 more ft attempt. SDSU was shooting 60%+ from the field(including 60%+ from 3pt) until the final few minutes- and they weren't getting the best of looks. Their poor shot selection in the last 5 min was pretty much the same shot selection that they had for the first 35 minutes- only difference was that the shots didn't fall.

that is some of the worst coaching i have ever seen. i know its easy for us to say, sitting on a couch watching the game but, i really need someone who knows basketball well to explain to me why you do not work the shot clock with a lead in the final minutes. why take a shot with 25 seconds on the shot clock when you are winning the game by more than 3 points and there's less than 2 minutes to go?

it has to be bad coaching doesnt it?

I agree. For starters that Heath kid is a retard. But even without his dumb play, he was doing fancy cross overs while trying to tick time off the clock before the backcourt ordeal, which IMO is what cause him to lose the ball. The 3-pt from IU was luck but well deserved because SDSU let them come back in the last minute left in the game. Lesson learned from them I am sure.
