I'm preparing for the season and I want to know if there are any books on baseball that can help me out this season?

i recently got michael murray's "betting baseball" it's worth the 29 bucks for the information on the umpires alone. I was impressed with the book

anything by bob mccune...i forget the titles, but he published some great books.

i still use his "formula" for determining an upcoming pitcher's/bullpen's expected ERAs for each game. excellent stuff!

Come on man, you mean to tell me that this guy has some formula to tell you what a starting pitchers expected bullpen production is going to be? Dont you think thats a little out in left field?
