Why isn't Allen ray wearing goggles?

If what happened to Ray happened to me,
I would never go another game without wearing one of these...........

To add to that did you see where the Monmouth defender swatted the ball back into Ray's face? Could have been a disaster. Would think that being that they were going up against a #16 seed, Ray could have tried out a Rip Hamilton type mask or sport goggles. Plus the bench could have gotten a little tourney time.

Those masks would keep the eye in its socket. It would just keep the eye falling to the floor. The masks the rip hamilton wear don't protect his eye from falling out either.

I am sure the doctors wouldnt let him play if it posed a significant risk.
