In case some of u didnt notice, there is an ESPN NIT game coming on in about 10 minutes....

Manhattan at Maryland

Some might be concentrating on tourney picks, and let this one slip by..

Would hate for anyone to miss any action..

pretty smart move by Maryland and ESPN to schedule this game 2 hours before the tourney games tipoff, as it will be the ONLY THING going...

And they dont think espn and college teams respect us gamblers, they were looking out for us....

Good luck

Hopefully Maryland will run and gun at home, and win this..:thumbsup2:

Read on article saying Coach Williams asked every starter if they wanted to play in the NIT after the invitation was extended and not one player said yes.

Talk about character.

I can understand the dissappointment in not making the tourney, but as much as these guys love the game, and love the spotlight, i would think any opportunity to make it to Madison Square Garden and play in front of the crowds would be a challenge eagerly accepted.....not to mention for the schools like Maryland that get home games during the early rounds, its $$$ for the school, looks like a full crowd there today, and thats a lot of concession money, merchandise, etc....

One thing is for sure Maryland will not miss Brick Caner-Medley, what a cry baby player this guy is, didn't improve his entire career.

2-10 from the field and he gets a T on top of it.
