Year in and year out the best Conference is the ACC or Big East with the ACC being a little better and the Big East having a better future with Cincy, Depaul, Lousiville and Marquette.

They did have 2 teams in the final 4 last year, and consistently get teams there. Funny how people love to pile on in a down year.

No kidding. They had 3 in the final 8 just last season. How quickly people forget. I would say in terms of overall quality uear in year out that they are a solid 3rd behind 1) Big East 2) ACC.

I think the Ohio State game tommorrow will be extremely close and it could go either way. Will come down to the last few possessions.

Certainly the worst year for the big ten in a long time. The Big Ten usually gets multiple teams deep into the tourney. Still, OSU could stun everyone and win it all and then you could say the Big Ten had a good year. They did win the Regualr Season title and I think most people have said they were the best team in the Big Ten this year...so we will see how they do.

I agree that it is anybody's game. Gtown matches up well with them. Will come down to OSU making (or not making) their 3's as always.

The last 5 NCs have been from these two conferences.

As for the ACC being "better", I hope you're not saying the ACC is better this year.

Just about as Pathetic as the Big East. Started with 8 teams and will be down to maybe 2 tomorrow, when Bradley and Northwestern St. pull the upsets. Ohio St.will piss pummel the Hoyas. Hell Nova and UConn may get beat as well. that would leave us with ZERO teams from the Big EASY. What a joke this conference is!!! If you want to call it that. Nice job selection committee. LOL....

The past 3-6 weeks I have made the comment that the BIG TEN has no LEGIT top 14 team in the nation in my opinion.

This is not up to BIG TEN standards, no question, and does bring down a conference CONSIDERABLY.

However, I wouldnt say they are a pathetic conference, and in fact think they are pretty good, as having 5-6 teams in the LEGIT top 30 in the nation makes for a pretty solid conference overall.

They only had 3 teams left in final 32, not 5-6.

True, but that doesnt necessarily mean that some of those teams were not legit top 30 teams.

For instance, I believe Iowa was and is a top 30 or so team in the nation.
