I know guys who were very succesful at it some years back at Paradise, but they did eventually get caught and had funds confiscated.Insiders said:Its Cyberspace, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE, and most likely probably.
I have heard of 2-3 people playing at the same time on the same table, usueing Yahoo IM to tell what each other has, its called playing the "top" hand. Gets the money too , they say!

Edited to note the sarcasm. As an aside I don't cheat, and have made quite a nice chunk, as have many others I know of.

I guess I shouldn't complain, this is the type of person that keeps me in business, whether it is poker, sports, stocks etc.

Maybe you should do a little more research before you come to absolute conclusions. Yes there is cheating, yes there are bots, but it is not at a level that really affects the chances of players. The bots are usually quite unsophisticated and unable to profit above very low limits, and the cheating usually goes on at stakes where it is worthwhile. You have to recognize that there are literally hundreds of thousands of players so cheaters only make up a very small percentage of players. The thing most casual players should worry about is multitablers and the effect they have on the fish to pro ratio (by pro I don't mean professional, just a profitable player).

I understand that you think online is some shady deal populated mainly by cheaters, bots, rigged RNGs or whatever. I add to this thread by letting you know that you are wrong.I knew those things were not legit, stay away from them.
